Enemies at the Wild Shore

I got a problem with Enemies at the Wild Shore quest, its a quest for allod meteorite fragments.

I can't figure out where to find this guy, anyone who can help me? :)

On a different forum post, someone mentioned that you need to kill a Red Ring. I don't do Wild Shore often, but maybe you have seen a red ring somewhere there?

You need to kill Red ring , Like Weaver in Forlorn , or Mincer in Wellebell preserve
